Mumbai Olympics 2040

The Olympics aren’t just a showcase of the best athletes in each country, it is also a way for the country hosting the games to represent their own culture and customs through the graphics created. Within Mumbai a major Hindu festival, called Holi, is celebrated each spring all across the country. Holi, also known as the Festival of Colors, is celebrated with vibrant street parties, music, rain dances and throwing brightly colored powder called gulal. All graphics, iconography, and colors were chosen to represent this part of Mumbai culture.
